A lithium one, yes. The more the better because it's a very exothermic reaction. If enough heat is generated it will ignite the hydrogen. Lithium is not particularly toxic but is extremely reactive and should be handled with care. Use proper PPE.
Wearing gloves when handling the lithium, open the battery under oil and keep it there until you're ready to use it to prevent the lithium from contacting oxygen and slowly reacting. Put the lithium into a napkin on site and tie a string to it to make a pouch on a string. Fill a 1 liter bottle with 250ml of water and wipe the neck inside and out with a napkin so the lithium pouch does not wick any water before you're ready.
Suspend the lithium inside the bottle and screw the cap tight onto the string. Don't touch it any more! Pull the bottle over with a long string or toss it off a roof. Film it and place your camera on a flat surface or a tripod so you don't shake when the bottle ruptures with a hydrogen fireball. Post to youtube.

10 minutes ago, I placed a piece of lithium in a dissolving capsule (1g of lithium)... Placed the capsule in a jar of water...
I got 3 glass cuts on my face and a dented car door, even though my car was parked 20 metres away.
