For all that say it is impossible to be forgiven, we learn from the Bible that once you ask for forgiveness, your sins are cast as far from the east to the west. Honestly sometimes I feel like my sins are too much for God to forgive. I haven't killed anyone or anything, but a sin is a sin. I talk to God every day, but still feel like no matter what I won't be forgiven. I still sin to this day, but I'm trying my best to do less and less of the things I used to do. It's extremely difficult, but I'm trying my best to resist the temptations of every day life. But still, I feel as though God doesn't listen when I pray to him.

Also you confuse punishment from God with punishment on earth. When God forgives someone it means they will not go to hell but will be allowed into heaven it does not alter any earthly punishments that a court of law might pass.

For all that say it is impossible to be forgiven, we learn from the Bible that once you ask for forgiveness, your sins are cast as far from the east to the west. Christ died on the cross for our sins. All we have to do is ask and we are forgiven. Without this awesome act by Christ, we would all go to hell. Adam was not a Jew, Enoch wasnt, Noah wasnt, these men are found in the old testament. Moreover God made provisions under which outsiders could become a part of the Jewis society. Two of the women in the old testament named in the ancestry of Jesus were not Jews Rahab and Ruth. So yes gentiles were included even in Old testament times

At the time gentiles did not even think they were required to or even included under the Law. You have to also remember that the law could not be kept, It was to show man his sinful nature from birth. One reason once Jesus Christ died the curtain to the temple were God dwelt was torn down the middle. The temple was now mankind's heart, no building required.

Honestly sometimes I feel like my sins are too much for God to forgive. I haven't killed anyone or anything, but a sin is a sin. I talk to God every day, but still feel like no matter what I won't be forgiven. I still sin to this day, but I'm trying my best to do less and less of the things I used to do. It's extremely difficult, but I'm trying my best to resist the temptations of every day life. But still, I feel as though God doesn't listen when I pray to him.

@EPizits I feel the way you do sometimes. Just the fact that you are concerned with issues of right and wrong in your mind has to mean you are not as bad as you think you are. I don't think it's possible for most people to live like Christ.......it is a task only a god can do. I wrestle with issues in my head about having racist thoughts and not being able to forgive people who have harmed me......you just have to roll with it, not become obsessed with it and do your best
