there is nothing wrong with having alters, if you have them then you need them, each part needs to talk and deal with the part of the trauma they hold, that’s how you heal,

Many times when an alter has fully dealt with the pain that part holds it will chose to merge again with the core person.

(Alters are not demons) but many times through severe traumas spiritual doors can open, if you want to talk about alters or spiritual doors open in your life, I would like to talk with you
