Really cool video! Steve was a very special friend and it's great to see these clips. I have nothing but fond memories of the "Farm", the spirit and the night sky.

I've taught English and Environmental Studies at Cal Poly for the last 20 years and find, especially lately, that young people, particularly political-environmental activists, are nourished by such documentation of the experiments in rural and unconventional ways of life undertaken by young people a generation and a half ago. This is Steven Marx,friend of Steve's since we were at Columbia together as undergrads. I've been to the farm 3 times over the years, last time in 2004, and just got back from a visit with Steve in Tucson. He put me on to this video, and I just wanted to let you know how valuable and important a project I think this is. (continued in next comment)
