i haved loved the goose since i first seen this movie at the age of ten when it first came out, i will always love his kz1000, very very good!!! replication thanks bro!!...!!
The original actors use to ride the bike to and from the movie scenes day in, day out, regardless if they held a bike lisence or not. Some never rode a bike before and some had run in's with the law on the way back from the movie set.
Hell yeah! Kids go nuts over the new stuff when you can fly fast as F**K on one of these, and with a fraction of the insurance cost a young guy under 25 can actually afford.
@ultimatenate "fast as F**K" with the headshake and frame twist inherent in this design ... on degraded, corroded 30-year-old steel tubes and welds... um... You can have it. I'd rather be able to go just as fast through corners without risking catastrophic failure.
Hey Z1 fans.. you love Mad Mad one ? and you'd better try to see another Australian biker movie called "Stone" they're all Kawasaki z900s, and our very own 'Toecutter' is in the movie too, the Actor Hugh Keays-Byrne .. playing 'Toad'.
this clip may be the Japanese 'cosplay' guy. he does it well, sadly no burn-out and its the soundtrack from Mad Max proper. excellent though !. i was on a Kawasaki z900 yesterday... crikey, what a nice lump of metal they are :)
Hey man, i heard of Stone and have been trying to track that 1 down for sometime now. Being the major max fan i am i still have never seen that one yet. You got it on dvd-r or something? Have you ever heard of chain reaction, its got toe cutter, goose, johnny the boy, fifi and quick cameo appearance of mel in there too. Good stuff man, im out here in the states and most people havenet even seen mad max. What ashame, piece of history nonetheless. Great video by the way, i want that bike. See ya.

The Kawasaki Z1000 is a legendary bike.
Much of the motorbikes and stuntriders from Mad Max started on an older Australian film called "Stone"
For lovers of this bike, that movie will blow you away - a strange Aussie biker/hippy-age film
