Humm The Great Destroyer is dead since it was a general of Primordus so I guess Primordus also can create destroyer otherwise it would be another creature.
I've heard two possibilities. 1) The races will have specific major classes, but any secondary class is still available to them. 2) Each race will have a bonus to choosing a specific class and still have any secondary class available to them.
Do you guys remember first Guild Wars in ALPHA phraze ? The graphics where worse than WoW ... same thing will be with GW 2 . They will improve GW2 that you will not recognize it !

I hated the original GW because of it's not massively multiply player world except in the towns. When I got it I expected and mmorpg not a multiplayer rpg. I expected to find players everywhere except in the most critical of times in the plot. I expected it not to just play out like a movie. That's the way most mmo's work. Though it was creative it wasn't enjoyable from my perspective. I like to talk to people and in GW no one ever talks except in trade.
I was a WoW fanatic and I have to say that NCSOFT has some amazing art designers, I mean, they gotta be brilliant to come up with these level designs! BTW, I'm probably getting this game, afterall, it is free.

As long as it is an online game, people relate it to WoW. Reason? WoW set a benchmark just like the iPhone did for the phone industry. Actually I agree with KingR3aper, I love GW, don't get me wrong, got all campaigns, I still play it, and I can't wait for this game to come out, but the story is indeed very simple and has been done many times before: evil force shows up - people have to unite (with bad guys too) to overthrow this evil force :0. But that doesn't mean I won't like this game, MMO's suck with story anyway
Tis true ofcourse, but I think what KingR3aper meant was that it feels like Eye of The Nort where the same thing happens, races that unite against a sudden appearance of a higher power. But it doesn't bother me at all, I won't play MMO's "mainly!" because of their story anyway, its the communication with the other players that interests me, and now that GW2 is finally going to have some form of persistant worlds, its gonna be really nice to play in

As long as it is an online game, people relate it to WoW. Reason? WoW set a benchmark just like the iPhone did for the phone industry. It is stupid to compare WoW features to other games because it' doesn't make any sense. You should compare with WoW on the standards of the game instead. For example, how did blizzard deal with class balance etc instead of comparing with 'WoW has this, yours don't. You suck.'

@King Reaper- Dude, this is more complicated and is the folow up of the three campaings and the Eye of the North expansion. Once you see the stories and plot you will see why this is happenings of this video.

Actually I agree with KingR3aper, I love GW, don't get me wrong, got all campaigns, I still play it, and I can't wait for this game to come out, but the story is indeed very simple and has been done many times before: evil force shows up - people have to unite (with bad guys too) to overthrow this evil force :0. But that doesn't mean I won't like this game, MMO's suck with story anyway

well,if you look at it that way,all the games are a cliche,cause in almost every game you have to kill the main boss in the end...
what matters is,how the story is told and how it evolves throughout the game and i think thats what anet is planninng.
they were always interested in the story.

Tis true ofcourse, but I think what KingR3aper meant was that it feels like Eye of The Nort where the same thing happens, races that unite against a sudden appearance of a higher power. But it doesn't bother me at all, I won't play MMO's "mainly!" because of their story anyway, its the communication with the other players that interests me, and now that GW2 is finally going to have some form of persistant worlds, its gonna be really nice to play in

there is only an initail fee to buy the game but it has been announced (i think) that there will be no monthly fee

1:28 to 1:29 there is a char with a gun and a bullet belt that means a gunner class and does any one know where to sign up for beta my alliance told be there is a beta sign up.
