Just got this guy for $35. He like him but all his tabs and ports make a real pain in the ass to get in to the jet. But the combo with prime makes up for it
I just saw this today you can get a rotf optimus or megatron and a special edition Camshaft is included same price.I think it's a Wal-mart exclusive not sure.
I must say, I think both leader jetfire and prime are the 2 most difficult to transform that I have ever seen. The combination to Jet-Prime is at least reasonable
i love his jet mode and i love his robot mode. but i lothe the whole changing him between the two. the poor kids that get this and end up braking it after getting fustrated with it. and dont get me started on the instructions. i had to watch peughs review to transform him. but any way aways great reveiw from gram more fun to watch than peughs.
Sadly still cannot convince me to get him. The only good thing is how his jet mode looks from above and that's it for me. I think this is a gimmick-ruined figure.
With how frustrated you got, that was prolly the best on screen transformation i've seen of this figure. Great job! and I like the intro/outro! very classy. Keep up the good work.

I rather like the look of this guy. He's very big, which is nice, and his alt. mode is superb. Like all of the ROTF toys, he looks horrendously over complicated for what he is, but still quite endearing. I like the character too :) 5*
I completely agree he is a difficult transformer but the combined Jetfire Prime is actually pretty impressive. Its about the only reason that I got him.

A lovely thing, but a crap transformation! Took me like an hour and a half first time. Nice review sir!

The clips: you just clip them together but they just hang there.
It is a shame how they altered his robot mode to make the combination possible.

It's a flawed design, but for some reason it just passes for decent.
He's a neat fig, good, but not great.
I think he suffers a lot from having to have the third(Combined) mode with Prime.

I would've loved it if this phrase would be heard in the toy: Behold the glory of Jetfire. That would be so cool.
Still, he's a very lovely TF to have. Although mainly for the jet. Am not a big fan of the robot.
