I know Chuck Baird, when he was art teacher at New York State School for the deaf , Rome, New York, He was my Art Teacher in 1975. He is very wonderful artist.. Pray for him.

I know Chuck baird very well since NTID in 1980. Every times, He came to NTID for playing the act on the stages in few times. And I met him in few times during 1980's
