My parents met these guys in Paris at a bar around the release of their first album, back when barely anyone knew who they were. They were friends with the band for a while afterwords, and I remember drawing a picture of the band when I was 9 or 10 that my mother gave to them.

So I was raised on these guys, Spoon, Radiohead and Joy Division. Great upbringing, thanks mom and dad!

Interpol says their new album is going back to the style of Turn on the Bright Lights, and I say: I can't wait. Turn on the Bright Lights is their darkest album and what can I say...I like dark :D
