Ok ummm i've done all the steps for take apart and assemble it but i had the same problem as u it turns on and the lcd turns so liitlle that u can hardly see by turning to the lihgt it looks kinda red... what should i do?
I have watched all 6 of the videos on how to disassemble then reassemble your PSP. It was educational and entertaining for me. With that being said I will not follow your DIY when I do mine! You broke several parts during tear down and assembly and failed to go back and show us what not to do! If you claim to be a pro, like you claimed in one of your earlier videos please make sure you know what the hell you are doing! I did not thumb down or up. It still helps! Thanks!
@Natetheboss9 Hey dude thanks for watching. Before I made this video i took my psp apart several times and had no problems, but when I made the video all kinds of dumb stuff was happening. But i understand where you are coming from. Thank you
@Natetheboss9 I agree he sucks at this stupid fucktard broke my 250 dollar limited edition psp anyways lets all sing in harmony ...... fuck you reyisthebeast
@HashSidd99 my psp was 160 not 250 and to all fucktards who told this guy that they broke it suck it up bitches because he took his time to show you how to assemble and disassemble

Your videos rule. I took it apart blew the dust out (I had dust bunnies living in my PSP) and put it back together, and now my R trigger works again. XD
Good videos, used it to put a new shell on, but I ended up with 3 screws left over, what the hell? Anyway, kudos for posting the vids, mine turned on and plays fine.
9:43 hahahahaa!!! i love how you just play it cool like.... "umm yeah.... basically thats how you put it together guys! ^_^ " and your thinking to urself *FUCK!! MY PSP BROKE :,( *
I'm sorry if I'm annoying you but you're the only person I really trust here, I fixed the power I just need to fix the LCD, I'm sure it works it's just the door to lock it down to the motherboard broke and I'm kinda stuck.
Dude my door for the LCD broke both the little one and the big one, can I glue it with wire glue? I mean the actual ribbon cause the little door that keeps it in completely broke and I lost it. And it won't even turn on at all any ideas? Please help.
@masterdigix START ALL OVER! Watch my video again and make sure you have every screw screwed in VERY TIGHT.....your d-pad might not work properly becuase of 1. Ribbon not plugged in right ....2. The screws are too loose....3. You broke it..lol...
ok you know at the end here when you say the hardest ribbon to put back is the tiny one from the led screen...ok on my actual board the door came off the board itself. just popped off...Now what? Can it be glued or sodered into place again?
found out this is the PSP LCD Screen Backlight Ribbon Cable Connector Socket, and it is typical that it needs to be replaced. So I am going to have to order one and solder it on. I also ordered a solder gun to do this...lol And since one of my speaker wires popped off I will be soldering those as well....see even a 40 something mother of 3 can do these things. Given detailed youtube instructions...lol
@tryTWOresistClicking OH NOOOO......Bad news....if it doesn't read the disc then your gonna have to open it all up again....and go straight to the UMD....Make sure you have the ribbons all plugged in....and hopefully you didn't touch the lens that reads the UMD.
@MrLukeySkywalker well you don't take the back part off. The back part is like the foundation to the entire PSP....you just keep going until you reach the end....THATS THE ONLY WAY!
will i did but im still working on it they say that i was the black light fuse on the mother bored that u just have to bridge them together. n is F enh hard to do
youtube.com/watch?v=b0oN-TJcCIM thats the link that will tell u how it fix it let me know if u done it cuz im still practicing on how to bridge it lol
