@Joricky12 You don't get morality points for smokeing. Its mearly Atyums reaction time speeding up. But his body can't go faster then it is. Thus it gives you a short boost of slowmo. If you were takeing on the bandits in hard that would be a usefull thing. But its so damned short it only lasts about a min.
