The reason he had 2 baneblades is because that was part of the Kronus campagin.The one where you have no buildings but a lot of units and u have to destroy all buildings and not get your units wasted if i'm not mistaken.The one near the orks' base(in the campagin map, not the map there). The name is the Hyperion peaks.

When you play against the guard you have to do your best to crush them before they deploy the baneblade.

The trick to killing a baneblade is melee. It loses its ability to kill you with its big guns if you melee it. That's why back in Winter Assault when you could deploy multiple assault terminator squads baneblades were a joke.

there is 1 bad thing about the baneblade.......if you get a bunch of mele untis close enugh to it....the main cannon cant fire.....but the other guns WILL kill them

lol then you've never seen infantry battles..go chaos vs imperial guard. all of them will be dead in 30 seconds tops. Chaos + Orks dominate melee

Infantry die so fast you cant keep up with the rate they die at, especially for a faction like the Imperial Guard

Not if you bring theior superior numbers to bear ont he enemy. I used to make a couple if guardsmen squads, a unit of Karskins and 2 or 3 Leman Russ Tanks, and they'd steamroll anything on the board. Used to lose the odd man from enemy artillery but that was about it.

Altho i saw the BB Beat Mono so ive changed my opinion. Mono is worst, BB 2nd Worst, Land Raider 3rd, Squig Possibly 4th worst, Dais 5th, BT is 6th,Living Saint 7th?, Avatar 8th, Greater Knarloc is best. (On 1to1s)

in terms of bang for buck.. Blaneblade beats all... take it along with ur army and see the diff... btw i dont prefer Relic vs relic... Assault termis can take out all Relics so if i play SM i use em as Relic killers and if i play as IG... I keep enemy relics busy with my Walkers and Move Baneblade in for the kill .. BBlade can devestate armies ..while other relics act as bullet magnets... so if u ask me best relic id vote for Baneblade.. No 2nd questions
