I cant say much about the radios ,because many Fire fighters died when they should have been out of the building.I wonder if they were trying to rescue the disabled people from the towers ? Was there a warning from the OEM of a collapse or a refusal to believe that these towers could fall.I have no idea why they put the bunker in where they did anymore than where they built the pentagon.
