i have one question guys. how come when he throws his straight in the first how to punch video, he emthesises to have your fist upright, with yourk knuckers pointing left or right but not the regular knuckles pointing up. in this video he throws his straights without the fist position that he preaches. I guess it doest really matter how your fist, as long as your thumb is tucked

@murderface0666 I think what he is meaning is that at the start of the punch, it has the vertical fist, or what you would say, the knuckles left or right. then at the very end of the punch, you turn it over to be the "regular" way, or horizontal fist. this adds alot of snap to the punch to make it more fast and powerful.

How do you Hook with your Weaker arm, when your body is only good at using it in Close Quarters Combat (CQC). for instance i can hold my own with striaght punches, and Jabs. but i can only throw on hook with one good arm. it's like trying to shoot a basketball with the hand that you dont nomally shoot with. How can i perfect my hook with the opposite arm that i hardly use. except when in Close Quarters.

Be careful at teh 3:01 counter, he went too far back. In a real match if you do that only make him miss alittle, if you make him miss too much you can't get the shot in.
