So you're using a video camera to record something through your t.v. capture card?!
Either that, or you're using an emulator, and the code in an emulator is suspect. I only trust cartridges or the PC software that Sega had distributed.
@weclock They're definitely there in the cartridge version; the only way to reach them is through Debug mode though, and I'm not sure if the act of entering debug mode messes with this stage's large memory usage - entering debug mode to see these ring monitors may actually be the cause of them spawning here.

I deeply understand.
I use my Digital Camera to record the footage. Since the emulator i use doesn't have the AVI recorder thing.
