I remember seeing a chef cook one of Bourdain's recipes from one Anthony's own books. Tony just went on to tell him how it was the worst example of that dish that he had ever had and that the ingredients chosen were totally inappropriate. You should have seen his face when the chef told him the recipe was strait from Bourdain himself. They guy is an ass. David Chang is an idiot as well.

@scorpioman1000 Who does he insult? Which country has he "put down?" Because I've seen a ton of episodes of his show, and never seen him actually insult a country. He has dissed other cooks in the past, but that was because they were sell-outs who paid more attention to image than the food, and he's softened his position on that to a great extent recently. Also, he quit smoking years ago.

It's true that there is a lot of pork on Chef David's menu. There are lots of other dishes that focus on seafood and beef, but for me it's hard to resist the delicious pig!
