I completely disagree with Mohammad's comments around 15:10 - in many workplaces there are programs to have "visible minorities" in our workplace. We have 70% of our workplace comprised of "visible minorities". Moreover, multinational professional companies, law firms and accounting firms, have more visible minorities than they do caucasians! Perhaps he doesn't have a job because of his credentials - foreign-educated lawyers (as he was) won't have an easy time finding a job here.
Excellent discussion. I would like to see the politics that fuels violence addressed as well. Anyone can be angry and disenfranchised, but if they choose to vent it through changing society they can make a major difference. If the fallacies of a political movement that seek to impose an Islamic state or Islamic supremacy can be challenged you can drastically effect the conclusion the youth come to.
