I'm a Greek myself - born and raised in Greece - and, even though I didn't know of her, within a couple of seconds of listening to her I knew she is from Greece (and as Greek as myself, not just an American second- or third- generation "Greek of sorts"). We Greeks have a terrible (ans thus very distinctive!) accent when speaking English. Some native English speakers might find her accent somewhat exotic and interesting, though.

I'm a Greek myself - born and raised in Greece - and, even though I didn't know of her, within a couple of seconds of listening to her I knew she is from Greece (and as Greek as myself, not just an American second- or third- generation "Greek of sorts"). We Greeks have a terrible (ans thus very distinctive!) accent when speaking English. Some native English speakers might find her accent somewhat exotic and interesting, though.
