hmm,,i find this song after i use my droid apps,,and it said " palo alto - some things must go this way " ok i find that..and i try to search in 4sh**ed " keyword some things must go this way " and i find radio head - some things must go this way .. ????
damn........your all wrong...this band is called mao tze and the aloes...they use to kick around what used to be refered to as communist china but had to break up because of political reasons (so they say)....theres also an interview with chairman mao explaining that there is confusion but no truth what so ever that they got their big break in the music scene doing do wop and karaoke on the club circut ....i cant belive people post shit when they have no clue
there's been misunderstanding since this song started to show on Radiohead bootlegs (b-sides and urealeased mostly) from The Bends era and Ok Computer, and yes on the first listening I thought it was Thom singing too..plus there is a song named Palo Alto by RH (EP Airbag- How Am I Driving?)
i never heard the original, i Know of the Scott Weiland Cover but i like the original too, Weilands cover has a more Haunting feel to it. i like both :)
This song is called "Some Things Must Go This Way" by an awesome band called PALOALTO. The lead singer James Grundler is now in a new band called GOLDEN STATE. Song is so good even Scott Weiland covered it for his solo album. Look it up. Get it right! :)
IT IS NOT RADIOHEAD! Its a Cali band called Palo Alto. NOT RADIOHEAD. I thought so too, ten years ago when I first heard it. Look them up. There's also an interview with Colin Greenwood explaining that there is confusion about this song, and that its an American band named Palo Alto, and NOT RADIOHEAD. Don't post shit when you have no clue.
