they will be like all DOD id cards carried by the military and gov personnel, with a chip that can be scanned and log you into the system. so they can keep track of you wherever you are you are. No bullshit how do you think they enforce the curfew for soldiers in korea, if you try to get on post after curfew your id is scanned, and everyone knows.
