  • cool video

  • Very awesome video. Cargojets are just as awesome to watch as passenger jetliners takeoff and land. Great job!

  • Great vid--- You should get rid of the DC-10 Info. It's definately an MD-10-10.

    { Nose lettering ~says MD-10- and dorsal (v)HFantenna placement.- Center fusalage vs forward }

  • why is it all cargo

  • @boeing7971 The video or airport?

  • @chazflyz the arrivals

  • @boeing7971 The video is intended to just show FedEx and UPS landings at KSJC.

  • @chazflyz Oh. Ive never seen this many. I like the videos quality! Awesome video! I see FedEx regularly up here in Newark Airport. A hub for them.

  • @chazflyz ksjc shit forgot what airport that was sounds familiar

  • Very nice! I often see the FedEx A300 close-up arriving around 5-530pm daily at San Diego Lindbergh Field....I live a few blocks from the flight path.

  • Fantastic footage! So crisp and clear too, shot on a nice day (weather wise). One suggestion though...try using a 'sock' on the mic, for dampening that wind sound! If you're using the built-in mic on the camera front, then you can just stick a piece of foam (about 1/2" think at least) on the mic(s) with double-sided tape...it works great! :)

  • @dubiousfella Thanks. It was very windy that day. I turned on the wind cut and even blocked the mic with my hand. Any more and I doubt you woudl've heard the engines. :-)

  • @chazflyz Oh ok, pardon my assumption that nothing was done to cancel that wind. Try an old sock, like the white sports ones, turned inside out (the fur loops do a god job at catching errant wind)...just a small piece large enuff to cover the stereo mics. I have tried this on a VERY windy cruise ship deck in Alaska, and it sure works, so it's tried and tested. :)

    I just love all your Fedex and UPS videos. Looks like I will never get fedup with fedex....haha.

  • @dubiousfella I hope to catch FedEx's MD-11 arriving in my hometown. My schedule lately hasn't jived with FedEx, but I'll be sure to post an MD-11 landing vidoe soon.

  • How about some footage from the Jepp building?!

  • Awesome video!
