My Opinion is that he has got a " Puppet Master DF Ability " He can creathe strong but extremly thin strings.

By attaching them to necessarry part's of his opponent's he is somehow able to control them.

@UnderTetouan simple: Doflamingo puts string around people to control them, but since Crocodile has complete mastery over his logia-fruit, his body turns to sand automatically when anything comes in contact with it. Since strings cant grab hold to sand, he cant control Crocodile.

And I think its fair to assume that he will have haki considering he is so powerful anyway. Oda just loves croc, hence, he survived.

One of the strongest none-Logia types in the entire series, but has he displayed Haki of any kind? Nope :P

Even if the fights are thrown out the arc will make no sense without Ace and Whitebeard's deaths. So I haven't been following 4kids One Piece, but I'm assuming it will be canceled because of this impossibility.
