that's how i started learning how to curve the ball was with 2 fingers, conventional throw. i think it really helps u get the idea of keeping ur hand under the ball, so when u make the switch to using ur thumb, ur hand is able to stay in the right position for the most part
I actually bowled in this Competition. made my first cut adult cut. finished matchplay in 15th. But the reason for this comment is to say that it was bowled at Epping, not Greensborough...
Was interested to know the reason the match was started on the right hand lane and then bowled in pairs of left/right. I a familiar with the format being the opposite with the play starting on the left hand lane and bowled in pairs of right/left, eg the PBA uses this format.

My highest game was 203, I beat my record of 198.
Yesterday I almost beat it: I got 201.
I only have been bowling for 2 months.
