The concrete core has topped out at 72 floors. The remaining is steelwork hence the frame is catching up with the core.

@mike81041 It wouldn't fit well in New York City because it was really just designed to stand alone apart from Guys being next to it. It really wouldn't fit in a cluster unlike the Pinacle.
