  • MARVELOUS!

This is what the 250 SWB was built for!

Thanks for removing the rear view mirror :)

    .

  • @onebentleyboy As Raoul Julia said: "The first rule of Italian driving--(snaps off rear-view mirror)--what'sa behind me is not important."

  • B-R-A-V-O!

  • My dream come true. So close but so far at the same time. Thanks for the upload the sound is astonishing

  • THIS is the absolute GREATEST U-TUBE VIDEO of all time.. BRAVO !!!

Every time I watch this VIDEO my Heart starts ah beating like a race horse.

I wish I could shake the hand of the person responsible for the car the driving and the video .... and thank em' personally ... WELL DONE ! FANTASTIC !

  • What a machine, awsome sound and brilliant video. Thanks and congrats.

  • is this still your car? is it the 250gt lusso? my favourite cars are those 250gt's! do you have a website with pics and info? how long have you owned it?

  • Thanks for a truly great video, and for sharing with us such an experience!

  • Awesome car / sound / driving!

I'd be scared to drive a priceless Ferrari on icy hillside roads though!

  • This video should stand the test of time. can ya let a rookie like my self understand the max speed of each 4 gears? was it about 40-80-120-160mph?

  • dude thank you for not putting crappy background music V12 not 6 string.

  • Very good video, cars where made to be driven not to be parked in a garage saving miles to the engine.

  • Fantastic, smooth, fast driving on a decidedly dodgy surface!

  • beautiful music, love the 250 SWB, thanks for the video :))))

  • is that snow? that looks fucking sketchy.

  • Great driving in the -in my opinion- best looking car ever. And what a soundtrack!

  • Audio porn . . .

A DB4 Zagatto may be, marginally, prettier but I've never heard anything sound this good that didn't have eliptical wings.

  • i could listen to that sound all day

its nice to see that the car is being put to good use as well

    thanks for uploading this

  • Così si guida e si fa vivere una delle più belle auto del mondo!

    Bravo!!!

  • Enjoy it forever! Never let it die, please! This kind of cars should be a legate to the next generations (Is that I'm more fond of classics day to day :) )

  • you have balls of steel to drive a car like that at those speeds in those road conditions

  • dont worry, he's a professional, he has driving gloves :p

  • lol¬!!!

  • Also curious to someone not used to drive classic cars is the 4-speed gearbox, witha yhat long 1st and 2nd. Seems you insert 1st on slow corners...

  • yes the drive shat is a bit long but there were races in fast tracks like Dijon so it is always a compromise

    The car is mine.

  • Great car, great driver, great fun! And great sound! Fastbacks are the most beautiful cars, aaaahhh... precious. For that reason I'm going to buy a Z4 Coupe :D

You have nuts to drive so fast in thos e conditions... by the way, is the car yours?

  • wow that would be an expensive crash if he did go off. great car and good driving.

  • My god, that sound!

  • brilliant - 250 swb my favourite ferrari - beats gto for looks. Love the blips on down changes, and what a noise - I live close to Silverstone & D Park, & go to all the classic meetings - V12 ferraris always stir my porridge!

  • i am jelous!! i wish i was reading the road in that passenger seat!!! great!! well i wish that ferrari was mine :-) really nice.....as i always say, it must be italian to be a sports (race) car. (5 stars from me)

  • ok i know its white now. i just saw the other vid. i wonder how many of the original 160 or so 250s built are left?

  • do u know of another silver 250 owner who came to australia to do the classic adelaide? the moment i walked up to that car in the pitstop for the first time was like being reborn.

  • And I thought I had courage and skill behind the wheel!

    Bravo!

If just one wheel had caught that snowy curb...

  • 2 reactions:

    1) what courage to drive that fast in these snowy + slippery conditions!

    2) noise from the gearbox when changing gears quite often, not pushing down the clutch pedal enough? :) thx 4 great video!

  • gear noise is actually my fault. The gearbox and clutch were perfect. I was just a little too eager to shift...

  • how can someone give this less than 5 stars?

  • Just listen to that V12, beautiful.

  • Wow watching this made me think how hard it must be to ever sell an old ferrari.I still miss my 71 BC Fiat 124 coupe even without the same horsepower.

  • yes truly, old classic cars are special...i love them and i had to buy one, i will never afford a ferrari but i bought an italian classic car. Fiat did make great cars in the 60's and 70's.

  • Magnifique!

  • Que du bonheur !! Chapeau !

  • Une boite 4 qui grince, un cap approximatif, une suspension archaique... Mais avec six carbus double corps qui aspirent comme ça, des compteurs gros comme des horloges de gare, on pardonne tout.

De la drogue en vente (presque) libre...

Way to do for the happy few !

  • wow, great driving, love the sound...

  • Wow, amazing video. I was just dissapointed that there were no exterior shots showing the outside of the beautiful car. Please post some!

  • Nice driving there, takes balls to drive a car that beautiful, that hard, along roads that are as narrow as that.

  • Magnifique !

J'étais à Veniper, en bas de la cote, en spectateur ce jour là. Encore !!!

  • Geeez you'd need some serious balls to drive that up an icy hillclimb, its worth 7 figures!

  • What does money have to do with it? Yes, it is worth a lot of money today based on its scarcity and its historical genes. However the 250SWB was built for this type of european environment. I prefer to see this sort of car used for its original purpose than see it sittting in a private collection behind closed doors.

  • Yes Ferrari, Maserati etc were made to be driven, not stored away.More power to those that use them daily.

  • Vraiment grand !

  • Very good driving

  • You wouldn't need a stereo with that engine music...

  • Wow this is amazing!
