DENVER (AP) - A lawsuit filed against Vancouver's Todd Bertuzzi over his attack on former Avalanche forward Steve Moore was tossed out Thursday by a judge who said the case has no standing.
moore faked his injuries to try and steal some of that NHL money because moore was never good enough to earn NHL money in big quantities through talent. he had to fake a neck injury and put a brace on and then smile with his neck brace on. who laughs and jokes with a neck brace on besides someone who is fakin it?

Um, yeah, pull up the article that described the judge throwing out moore's lawsuit. Greg, you gotta realize the uphill climb moore has. 1) lawsuit was tossed out already, 2) it has been wayyyyy too long, 7 years ago, and 3) 4 ppl were on top of moore when moore is claiming he got injured.

Well, it just so happens I did some time ago. Not a news article either, but the actual court document- and the word frivolous does not show up anywhere. Probably because that is not why the case was dismissed. But the willful consumption and dissemination of inaccurate information is a Teapublican hobby, I know.

Democrats are socialist-based individuals who came into this country with those views that are dominant in other cultures. But what made America the best country in the world (I know it PAINS you to hear that) is that we are capitalistic--we are tough, and we fight through hurdles. Americans take responsibility for actions while democrats dont.

@hockeyfanredwings You are right that the lawsuit was thrown out, But for one reason, Colorado law stated that since the incident occurred in Canada the lawsuit could not take place in Colorado, Now The lawsuit is set take place sometime next year in Canada unless a settlement is reached by then
