  • thats too bad. half of em are merely raising and lowering their arms.. off beat

  • Respect to the young cats of today. But recognize hip hop didn't begin with Drake and Nick Minaj. KRS ONE is living hiphop legend. RESPECT DUE!!!!!

  • PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAACCCCCCCCCCCEEEEEEEEEEEEEE 2 da GODS

  • damm nobodie really clickx that krsone made music wit a beat machine and a dj with samples from records, thats some talented stuff for that tym , and manage to still rock a crowd . then u got rock bands who got all the gear to make music and not all of them can move air lol lov hiphop talent its really organic

  • @cowherdingjoe & ur a pussy that has no idea what your talking about.

  • im really annoyed by people who talk about color skin ........

  • YES YES..HIPHOP

  • real OLD SHIT BUT MAN I LOVE IT

  • Wtf's wrong with this crowd? they got the blast master Krs One at less than 10 meters from them and ain't fucking moving... i'm in front of my computer and bumping to that classic track like no other..

  • @RealHHLIVES They don't know how to have fun thats all their at the wrong place for that.

  • I'm white and i listne to old school rap music, how cna my race prevent me from listening to good music? It's not like I'm a wigger.

  • who gives a fuck about if ur spanish, black, white or yellowor w.e , if the music is good ima listen to it . deadass

  • Ha yes, Black people abandoned hip hop. And us young white guys scooped it up, and polished it off. Now we are the ones producing the beats, and were the ones still standing behind two turntables like that shit never went out style! We havnt made it up to spittin too much yet, but give it some time!

  • that is one sad crowd...

  • I met KRS one today at work, this cat is cool as hell!! Got his autograph too! I was like... KRS ONE?? He said "all day son!" ha ha!! I had a great fucken day!!

  • What a lame audience...

  • zulu was always about "come on everybody in there". religion, black or white, doesnt matter!

  • QU too much drama to get into

And niggas regret when they begin too

  • damn KRS ONE ATTACKS!!

  • they're definitely not in the South Bronx

  • Haha, all the white people?

  • haha no rhythm

  • Yes, all of the white people. It sucks that BLACKS only carried hip hop until 2004. Lil Wayne was not your second coming.

White people understand the struggle the same as blacks. However, the fact that you attach a color to a race means you are not familiar with KRS-One's music at all.

  • @dannyruxspin

Its like white people are the only one who listen to REAL Hip fuckin Hop! Im white, and i cant stop listening to KRS

  • @BizzTheFunk what are u talkin about ! how can u say that check your facts kid

  • @dannyruxspin No white people think they understand the ones that try to be down beleive they understand. Rap came from out of poverty. Those that didn't have shit used rap as an outlet. Whites for the most part always had something to fall back on where they didn't have to struggle. A lot of blacks had to hustle it threw. Obviously ur white, u go & tell some1 thats going threw it u understand & spend a day with them & see what it is day to day for them. U'll experience what they go threw.

  • @reddraid Yes, and every white person growing up in a tough situation can just fall back on the fact that they are white. Then suddenly, banks shower them with money and everyone laughs! It is nice to be white. I know if I ever get evicted from my apartment again, I will remember I am white, and suddenly my impressive stock portfolio will magically appear.

Oh, and your sentence, "U'll experience what they go threw", just lets the world know it is not a language arts class... EVER.

  • Pure classic!! The young bucks today should have to take a hip hop history course and this song would be one ot ones that set a standard in hip hop that nobody today can match

  • this song is so hott i luved it from wen i 1st heard 1 problem what year did it come out? i dont no im only 12.

  • back in the day

  • slick rick the ruler...

  • yaeh i found it, Mona Lisa. thanks.

  • it's called "Walk on By" right?

  • no south bronx

  • SOUTH BRONX

  • 9 live...what nigga

  • KRS-ONE ---- The South Bronx Were It All Began Hip Hop Cultue The Graffiti

  • Ummm... Actually Hip Hop's origin started in Jamaica with reggae/ska music (chanting) that migrated to the united states... The artist main focus was usually on the social and economics the of community. It was later picked up in the South Bronx and adopted to a new culture. Maybe I am shooting too far with its roots when you're probably only referring to "hip hop" as a stand alone. If not, reggae/ska is the parent of Hip hop.

  • I couldnt agree the hell MORE!

I tell everyone this and most be ignorant as hell tryna tell me i'm wrong, certain people need to look at the dancehall culture in jamaica, hip hop was inspired jamaican culture heavily!!!

    Respect for speakin the truth!

  • Oh no doubt... that is the history of hip hop, even KRS himself would tell a person that. People argue with you because they don't know the history behind the music. In the words of Buju Banton "The truth is the truth and that's no offense"... those that get offended by truth really should evaluate themselves... everything has it's roots in another thing, that's life.
