Security was lacking at the theater. No one checked behind the screen to see the huge pile of flammable film??? No soldiers were hanging out in the lobby during the movie???? No soldiers were guarding outside the theater? No wonder Hitler was killed!
Its just the things you say you don't like seem to be features of his 'best' films. I'm so so on the Tarantino front. His films do have amazing dialog and characters and he has such a distinctive style that you have to admire it, even if you dont like it.

I just finished this. Quite an impressive movie. You pretty well gave voice to my thoughts on it. Incredibly well-done, harrowing story, engaging characters. Realistic, and yet totally absurd, and oddly satisfying. Thanks for the review.

coulda used alot more NAZI killings....there are 2 or 3 LONG SCENES....need to cut a few minutes off them. Basement scene..tooooooo long...good scene.
the projection room scene of him and her shooting each other..DO NOT NEED IT..waste of time All the ingloroius bastards should have lived...
