Yes, they are his friends and people working with him. This song is pretty funny. I specially like the bout with his attorney who "advises" him to stay away from the Ferraris... For those who have forgotten, he had a car accident some years ago with one of these cars.

The music is from Garou's song "Je attendais que vous" and all of his friends made up this song with different words sort of as a "hommage" to him. :)
