hey dose it shut down if the oils bad????? i just took the baffel off and the oils bad and now it wont start. any sugestions???

@smartmeis Switch the oil. You can take it to a dealer and they will do it for you.

just bought a 2009 rubicon 500 with power steer and GPS the GPS is cool but the power steer is amazing it is a must have i crawled down and up at leased a half a mile of mountains and rocks and when i was done i noticed that my shoulders were not a bit tired you could have a broken arm and not have one problem handling this ride with this power steer!!!!!

i know im a little late you probably already have the bike but anyone looking at a Honda watch out for 2 things on any Honda weather it be dirt bike, atv, or even a lawnmower. Honda engines will sometimes get rings and stat to smoke it will start small and grow to a lot of smoke. another is the infamous Honda tick. this means that the valves need adjusted immediately before you get bent or broken valves. these are the main ones. HONDA FTW GO HONDA

i dont think your quad will have enough power to turn them. the 500 has a hard time turning them in the mud

Dude. I got an old STOCK 2005 Rubi 500 with some 28x10/12x12 GBC Gators on it and it'll spin them all day long in some of the thickest Arkansas/Louisiana mud around.... Buddies have 500's with 28" Laws, Sliver Backs, Swamp Witches.... and they do the same... Spin them till the cows come home.......

I have the exact same machine,put those mudzillas on this past fall man those tire dig, but they dont do so well i the start of spring,hoping to get some pro armor skid plates this summer and a winch

they ride like you are on rumble strips when you are on trails and cement. when you drive it on the cement with those tires the quad shakes and rattles so muc hthat every season we are tightening components on the machine. you have to be going over fifty km and hour to get the rumble to slow down. but when you are in the mud you really appreciate them

@logieco my brother had a set on his rincon 680 and i rode it and once i got over about 10km then it was fine. he got ride of them cuz his atv couldnt spin them so he went to 28in maxxis zillas now he can spin them in thick muskeg

it will spin those tires in an instant because it doesnt have very much of the tire on the surface of the ground. so i can drift around corners on hard pack and burnouts like nothing
