@THECOUNTER my bubby figured out how to compile it online you need a few bonesver.qci files with $bonemerge commands for all bones. let me know if you need to see a finished .qc ;)

never mind that, custom animations are pretty much impossible to fit into L4D2, online anyway. after the sacrifice DLC that pretty much broke custom models, so unless this compile is updated, no chance in hell I'm afraid.
