Ok good but I didn't get that when BP gas pipe was broken and tons of gas spread all over the ocean some of places even got fired and that time why the ocean didn't burn up? Or when you have fire on the ocean why it doesn't burn up the water?

I found this by accident, by seeing john k. video, and seems that I found a way to regulate the flame with a lot less power than he is using, so we get: a controllable flame, while ignating the water salt, and it can go for hours without evaporating it, by the way this is a small scale. working an the big one, same concept bigger flames, electronic ignater, termostat and all the trims. thanks for your comment.
