Well in MST3K they don't always do movie quotes verbatim. The way he says it is exactly the same way the line is said in Aliens, just because he says Marines instead of Drake, it was still an Aliens reference. It was a Vietnam AND Aliens reference crammed into one riff.

watching the video for the first time, the quote reminded me of Aliens. I just rewatched the scene in Aliens and Hicks says, "Drake, we are leaving." Also, I noticed again that one of the Marines' names is Crowe T. So, it might not have been intentional, but while the riff may not have been an Aliens reference, the delivery of the line is. The riff is pretty insensitive, if you ask me. Haha, post traumatic stress disorder... hilarious.
