2) Did you see the way those officers opened fire? It was like a firing squad, execution style. The way marauding soldiers fire at helpless civilians. They had every intention to pump the guy full of lead rather than simply dragging him out of the car. 3) The cops ended up causing more damage and injuring more people than the drunk dirver.
