I have never seen you in your videos get this high during dunks or generally off two feet. Are you a bit like Kadour Ziani and James White, in the sense that you reach your highest exploding off one foot? I tend to think that people get more power when they use the same foot as the last foot that hits the floor when two foot jumping (ala MJ, Vince Carter, Desmond Mason, JR Smith etc). Dread to think how high you must be when jumping off your right foot, being a left right plant as you are!

not trying to hate, but this is not a 10ft goal. u can easily say if u pause when u are at the highest point, u got maybe 43-45 inches bellow but as 5'10 u need 50 to get there. Also if u look some other jumpers that are 5'10 like haneef munir and when he is with his head at the rim notice the difference between the space beneath ur legs and his legs, big difference but still tho nice vert

Jumping in any sense is "Vertical"... you don't jump horizontal... it's just coaches and trainers have put it in your head that a "Vertical jump" is just the standing test which is incorrect.

adam link is a fantastic athlete, olympic qualifier and everything. he has a measured 50 inch vert and t dub was never measured at 54. t dub is a great dunker but on the one with his head above the rim it was a load of crap just a camera angle, he did get his head to the rim but not as high as it looked. dont say anything bad about adam, he is a great coach and i learned a lot from him and gained 6 inches on my vert in 5 min. i garuntee t dub couldnt do that

You are not 5'10 or the rim isn't 10 feet. Your vertical is not 44.5, that is higher than lebron james and he jumps way higher than you, you do not have the highest vertical jump in the world. Even if you are 5'10 and the rim is 10 feet your head was still 2 inch off the top of the rim.

John Wall only had a 30" standing vert, but over 40" running, I think it's safe to say by watching hin... he can JUMP. Thats why vert is tested in two ways....judging that Adam is running in this video... Im going to guess this is his running vertical. His standing vertical is in the Clemson record books at 44.5" How bout' them Celtics!!! :)
