  • It was my idea. please bitch-slap me, pussy.

  • bitch didnt go out to saxman or totem bight.

AND duck tours here ROCKS. because its a bus that goes on water, and sometimes you see some cool shit.

and he didnt even acknowledge the trolleys or anything.... if you come to K-Town, at least go hiking on the Rainbird Trail...

  • It's about time I respond to some of these comments. I'm sorry that this video may be offending to many of you, but I never intended it to be such. I just re-watched it and just about everything I said was a joking commentary on Alaska, as a whole. And I love Alaska, it's my favorite state. Some of my greatest photography was taken there. Now yes, I spent all of eight hours in Ketchikan and didn't get to see much. When I return maybe you locals could show me around and help me make a new video?

  • Dude! Ur a fucking dick ketchikan did not take "duck tours" from you ugly hos so why dont you just take ur hatinf self and shove it up ur ass!!!! Ketchikan is my HOME!!!! so suck that stupid bastered!!!!

  • @MissChandler12 i respect you opinion ketchikan is my HOME too and i respect the poinion that you post here and thats why if you see the comments page on this site i am making a tour video of ketchikan in the summer when all of the tourist come im geting all of the places like "cape fox lounge' and other paces like "saxman" and "totem bight" and eventually do some fishing and get the tourist opinion on the place. thank you -shadowking

  • a superficial pansy who wouldn't survive a week in the forest and would slurp your willy if you threatened him at the bar lol

  • just dont ever make a video like this again-totally dissing a place you know absolutely nothing about-that you didnt even take time to look at-and ulu is pronounced like (u) like oo ah and (lu) like lou and i hope you got a good one that was actually made here in alaska-like black ash or even ulu factory ones are good...they are very useful-i use mine for everything i have a 3 set that i take hunting with me and then a 4 set i use in my kitchen for everything from cutting pizza to dicing veggies

  • @llamasbiscuitt yea and arent ulus used got FISH instead of vegadables because i specifically remember in the native tribes they use them for fish and him using the ulu for a fucking vegetable cutter really got my grandma who is an alaskan native was reallly outraged by this. -shadowking829

  • @shadowking829

if you'll read close i have a set i take hunting with me, you can use them for fish, chop the head off strip and gut it, hunting you can strip and clean game, i even use mine for skinning hide and for pulling and tanning hide. and then i have a set in my kitchen the point is they're a versatile tool. some of the people that come here don't even know what hunting or fishing is, so we tell them they're more than just a decorative piece with multiple purposes and uses.

  • seriously if you just walked down mission street you'd start to see some cool stuff...theres hand carved totem poles everywhere...st. johns church which is made out of the scottish missionaries boat, local music stores...not just native stuff... but local metal, hiphop, rock, jazz and folk music bands. seriously dude...its obvious you didnt even take the time to look at how wonderful our city really is...next time you come here find me and i'll show you what its all about...

  • did you even hear about creek street? thats the historic redlight district...which is protected by the historical ketchikan society...meaning we're not allowed to change any of it...it has to be kept exactly how it was back the old days...buildings have to stay the same shape size and colors...and thats where all the locals own shops...not any over seas islander jewelry store pansies...and theres tons of wildlife in the creek...seals, otters, it loads up with about 40k salmon, eagles and bears..

  • 5.) misty fjords which is an absolutely breathtaking place and a wonderful float plane ride with spectacular scenery 6.) boat charters...you could get a boat and go fishing if you felt like it 7.) ziplines...there's two different places you can go and pretend to be spider man zippin around through the trees and seeing tons of wildlife...the list goes on and on dude...i mean all you have to do is walk down the fucking street and you'll see some incredibly badass shit!

  • 1.) the lumberjack show which is aired on national television...2.) the duck tours...which you shouldnt be pissed about grow a pair and realize thats how the world works...you dont see some cheap skate from mexico bitching about how your wearing the shirt he made...3.) low speed vehicle rentals...cars that go 20 mph that you can rent so you can see k town how you want to...4.) horse drawn trolleys that give you a tour and history

  • @llamasbiscuitt aww but you have to admit when you go on those trolly tours and your in the back the "horse" smell gets traped in the back

  • @shadowking829

yah horses smell thats what happens when they have shit bags on their harnesses...but at least they're not shitting all over our streets and people aren't picking it up trying to take it back home as a souvenir. some tourists do some really fucking stupid stuff and i wouldn't put it past some of them haha. even after riding horses for several years the smell still gets to me sometimes tho.

  • dude...are you fucking kidding me? Ketchikan is alaskas first city...did you even take the time to look at anything besides the shops right in front of your boat? how can you say there's nothing to do here? if you walk 50 feet down the dock theres 200 people representing all sorts of tours and events...

  • you had shit go down is boston. true.shit happens in lots of places including ketchikan. duck tours show some of the natural beauty in alaska that boston could never give. bears, whales, eagles and fisherman that could skin you before you got back to your cruise ship in your fruity ass shirt

  • Hope you get your facts straight next time! Good thing you didn't bitch to any of us locals...

  • dude you suck!

If you wanted to explore Ketchikan Go on the DUCK Tour's!

    or misty fjords!

AND DO RESEARCH!!!! ABOUT KETCHIKAN ALASKA!!

Gawd people like you have no joy in are town!

  • should have gone to misty fjords...then you would stop bitchin.

    Go Yankees!

  • lol i like his home town pride in the duck tours

  • dude, you should try it befor eyou knock it, it takes you to the historic parts of ketchikan, and shut up seriously, youo ever think that the boston duck tours and the ketchikan duck tours are partners?

  • First: its (*ooh*lue*) Second: Events, yeah you didn't really explore very far then. Third: Yeah, how about the boston tea party, and you know that old show ZOOM, lol that was a pretty cool show. I've been to Skagway once and Juneau around 10 times or more. Skagway has 400 people that live there . . . what happened to the rants about that huh? Oh well, I enjoy all three places although Ketchikan like all other cities in the United States also has its goods and bads.

  • this duck tour thing confuses me...what does culture or histroy have to do with just say 'and to your left are the ducks'....Unless a duck tour does not involve ducks...

  • A duck tour is essentially a tour of the city. It is a very large bus that drives around, and then transforms into a boat and goes on the water. In Boston you see alot of the sites and get alot of the history, and then it goes into the Charles River and you see the city from there. It was the first city to have it and apparently its famous. So hence my confusion when I saw the same thing in Alaska

  • yep. ketchikan sucks i live here its fkn isolated from the rest of the world we live on an island!!

  • I'm sorry dude. Hop on a ship and come on down to the good ol' Continental U.S. someday =P

  • ulu. ooooooooooooooooolooooooooooooooo

  • well theirs a lot of things to do here.plane fjords tours, zipline.i should bitch slap you.enjoy the jewlery shops

  • Could have said Boston Tea Party!

  • You could have hung out with bald eagles.

  • Ketchikan has a lot of native histry that you missed out on. Too bad you just walked around to the tourist shops. I'll agree with you on the duck tours however.

  • Yeah I'm sure I missed alot of history. I think I saw signs that said "Salmon Capital of the World" and "Alaska's First City", if I remember correctly. I didn't brush up on my history, I probably should of. On my next adventure to Alaska I'll spend a bit more time exploring Ketchikan =)
