KOF is one thing that i will never forget in my entire life, especially the two fighting legends which is Kyo Kusanagi and Iori Yagami. Any KOF fans will know to respect the both of them and not keep comparing the both of them. Anyway KOF 4 ever.
Kyo Kusanagi wins. If turned into a demon in 2001 & beat the crap out of Iori all by himself, then in 2002 He re-defeated Iori. then in 99 he defeated Iori (for being beaten up in Zillion). Kyo has always won to Iori,exept once (in XI).

I think it's pretty widely accepted that they are both equal, if not Kyo being slightly better. Kyo never wants to kill Iori, he just doesn't really like him. Iori has been trying to KILL Kyo since the beginning because of their families' history. If Kyo and Iori are still alive, that means that Iori still hasn't been able to kill Kyo.
but honestly think about it there have been many fights with Iori and Kyo and most likely Iori was the one ending up winning and back then they said Iori's blue fire was stronger than Kyo's and really with Iori's Orochi Blood who do you really think will win if Iori was cursed with Orochi's blood? not only that but many stories with Iori and Kyo they actually said Iori was the one to actually triumph over Kyo

No...I'm not exactly saying that either. I'm pretty sure Iori has never outright beat Kyo. I think they might have fought to some standstills before, but SNK itself said on their anniversary website that Kyo is probably the single most powerful competitor that has ever entered the King of Fighters tournament, excluding bosses and stuff.

And if you go back to the website it will say Iori Yagami is pretty much tougher than Kyo Kusanagi due to his power of his fire type and the weapon the Temple has given to him. and i did understand what you were saying i was just proveing something else about Iori and Kyo
And Kusanagi clan and Yagami clan have always been pretty much the same. Yagami clan originally had red fire as well, but when they made the pact with Orochi, their flames turned purple. They aren't stronger or weaker, just a different color.
Well actually the Blue Fire is stronger and it has sometimes the ability to immoblize its enemy it hits. and usually the red fire cant really do that but it can at times and yeah when they made pact with Orochi their flames did turn blue. i think this is what made them change and become enemies or it was something else that had to do with the Yagami Clan

And the immobilization is just a move from the Yagami style. It has nothing to do with the power of their fire. The fire power and even the 2 styles are VERY similar because of the close history of the 2 clans.

In order to achieve true potential in Ansatsuken, one must control the Murderous Intent that dwell among those who study the Ansatsuken, past 500 years, only one emerge as true user of the Ansatsuken which many succumbs to the Murderous Intent including Gouki/Akuma. Ryu is heading that way, to become the master of Ansatsuken, that's why he feel the dark hadou.
Did you know that many fans think that the Kyo's and Iori's bloodline makes them physically stronger than normal humans? That's not really the case. The only thing that is different between the other characters and the two bloodline is the fact the Kyo and Iori can wield flames... period. LOL
LOL... what a joke !!! haha... what fan's always forgot that the Yasakani aka Yagami clan and the kusanagi clan are brothers... and they use the same pyrokinetic power to wield the flame... there are just humans for crying out loud sake, the same like Hellboy wife who can control fire using psychokinetic... the difference is both develop a distinct martial arts on how to wield they flame efficiently... since you know yagami's for controlling and kusanagi's for banishing... haha ^_^
This means... That perhaps any character can learn the purple flames ablility. Orochi basically gives super humans strength and chi, but not nessecarly the purple flames. The purple flame didn't originate from Orochi. The purple flame is commonly used by Orochi so the Yagami clan uses too. LOL
Iori dark power came from Orochi since the Orochi fooled the yasakani clan by framing the kusanagi clan murdering one of yasakani clan wife. The Yasakani feeling unsatisfied, turn to Orochi begging to be more powerful than the kusanagi and made a blood pact with their ancient arch enemy thus changing their flame from reddish to purplish. The yasakani then change their name to Yagami. A little brief history about KOF. No harm done !
How strong is Iori really? Iori purple flames are very unique... but let tell you this; Akuma (no Gouki), Evil Ryu, Gouken, Bison, Chris, Psycho Ken (non -canon) and Shermie use the purple flames?
There is game called the King of Fighters: KYO (took place in between 96 and 97) where Iori says that he teach nobody about the purple accept a Yagami, and Shermie taught Kyo's cousin (forgot her name) how to use the purple... uh.. hang on running out of characters...

Rugal isn't in Orochi form he is in Omega form which in greek means "great" so rugal is supposed to be called Great Rugal but becuase he is in some kind of robo form
So SNK Playmore Named Rugal... Rugal since he is in human form ( except for the red eye which creeps me out ) and Robo Rugal who only shows up in King of Fighters 1995

I can see by your YT account that you REALLY like Iori, so maybe this is all in half baked defense of the character you like, and it kinda bums you out to think that after all this time Iori has never really beat Kyo.

Im not making anything up! i can even send you the website of where i got it all from. and yes he can draw power from the moon thats how he gains power. and the infinite powers were from Orochi.
Maybe you should watch Kof more often and see Iori has really did beat Kyo. I do like Iori but im not making all of this up. Im really telling you everything about the Yagami clan and Kusanagi clan...... But personally i really think we should stop this conversation...

On the contemporary, the dark hadou that Ryu experienced is from the Ansatsuken martial arts that he and Ken learn from master Gouken. In order to achieve true potential in Ansatsuken, one must control the Murderous Intent that dwell among those who study the Ansatsuken, past 500 years, only one emerge as true user of the Ansatsuken which many succumbs to the Murderous Intent including Gouki/Akuma. Ryu is heading that way, to become the master of Ansatsuken, that's why he feel the dark hadou.

Did you know that many fans think that the Kyo's and Iori's bloodline makes them physically stronger than normal humans? That's not really the case. The only thing that is different between the other characters and the two bloodline is the fact the Kyo and Iori can wield flames... period. LOL

LOL... what a joke !!! haha... what fan's always forgot that the Yasakani aka Yagami clan and the kusanagi clan are brothers... and they use the same pyrokinetic power to wield the flame... there are just humans for crying out loud sake, the same like Hellboy wife who can control fire using psychokinetic... the difference is both develop a distinct martial arts on how to wield they flame efficiently... since you know yagami's for controlling and kusanagi's for banishing... haha ^_^

This means... That perhaps any character can learn the purple flames ablility. Orochi basically gives super humans strength and chi, but not nessecarly the purple flames. The purple flame didn't originate from Orochi. The purple flame is commonly used by Orochi so the Yagami clan uses too. LOL

Iori dark power came from Orochi since the Orochi fooled the yasakani clan by framing the kusanagi clan murdering one of yasakani clan wife. The Yasakani feeling unsatisfied, turn to Orochi begging to be more powerful than the kusanagi and made a blood pact with their ancient arch enemy thus changing their flame from reddish to purplish. The yasakani then change their name to Yagami. A little brief history about KOF. No harm done !

How strong is Iori really? Iori purple flames are very unique... but let tell you this; Akuma (no Gouki), Evil Ryu, Gouken, Bison, Chris, Psycho Ken (non -canon) and Shermie use the purple flames?
There is game called the King of Fighters: KYO (took place in between 96 and 97) where Iori says that he teach nobody about the purple accept a Yagami, and Shermie taught Kyo's cousin (forgot her name) how to use the purple... uh.. hang on running out of characters...

Yea, it is the so called "Orochi"(Dead) form.
And not only Iori has it, there are many who can be Orochi like: Leona, Yashiro, Chris, Shermie, Rugal, etc.
And yea they look like zombies. :D

Rugal isn't in Orochi form he is in Omega form which in greek means "great" so rugal is supposed to be called Great Rugal but becuase he is in some kind of robo form
So SNK Playmore Named Rugal... Rugal since he is in human form ( except for the red eye which creeps me out ) and Robo Rugal who only shows up in King of Fighters 1995
