instructor-sprünge waren rw-grundlagen (anfliegen, wegfliegen, leichte drehungen, leveln, docken). hab' allerdings unmittelbar nach der ausbildung mit FF weitergemacht.

Instructor Sprünge sind Teil der Ausbildung - nach deinen 7 bestandenen Levelsprüngen musst du noch mindestens 16 solosprünge machen; 5 davon sind instructor-sprünge --> zusammen mit einem lehrer oder einem sehr erfahrenen springer übst du dich in einer bestimmten disziplin (so ne art schnupperkurs :-)

Agreed.. Im starting my AFF next week, and this helps a lot (specially watching the instructors). i wholly recommend taking a few jumps on a wind tunnel first (skyventure), so you'll know how to move, that will speed things up a lot (i guess)
