Its our government failure to create equal opportunity for all people of india by building enough schools, college's , and creation enough job oppotunity for all people india. In usa black people can not vote in election and not get equal opportunity till 1964. USA has passed civil rights act in 1964 . Then after all people in usa get equal oppotunity and rights. In usa government provide assistance to people on base of family income

All UPA ministers are shitheads in one way or another. You just don't want to say anything against manmohan singh so you are blaming the them 'central ministers'. If a central minister is a shit head, it's the prime minister's fault for he must choose the cabinet wisely. And more importantly, LEAD the cabinet properly.
