  • So much fun to build.

  • Excellent and sharp!!

  • Didn't know a flat 4 could sound so... angry O_O

  • These original meyers manx buggys made by Bruce and his company could easily be the top 5 coolest cars ever made on earth. If i could fix something about them it would be that if you cut a real manx in half from front to back the body is not symetrical.

  • Where did you get those cup holders? Did you make them?

  • mine goes 60 and if u go 90 ur nuts these arn't bilt for that man

  • Where in Illinois was this video shot? I live in the SW now but as a lifelong Illinoisan, it looks familiar and my curiosity is peaked?

  • Very nice! I bought an old one from my uncle that I want to restore. Anyone know of any good websites/resources on how-tos and tips?

  • @philipp357 7 grand

  • I have a buggy similar to this. Same exhaust, same valve covers. It would have been nice if they made the exhaust so you could pull the valve covers without pulling the exhaust. Thinking about having mine modified.

  • Great car;-)

  • nice ride man, our 64 buggy has a custom built 1835cc engine in it, a little newer frame work but we didn't put the dual cannon exhaust, we have cop problems with the noise as it is lol

  • Very nice buggy!

  • What are you asking for this buggy?

    eddiew42@live.com

  • can a 17 year old with a cbt and full car license with pass plus to get a buggy as the first car insurance wise? PLEEESSE! i need a buggy, my da wud b the main driver technically on paper but i think i would use it more often anyway :D

  • my dune buggy was my fathers first car. There cheap to insure because you label it as a beetle. down fall is no air or heat and only rear wheel drive... if you live in a place that is always hot and never gets cold it would work. sadly for me it doesn't.... stupid snow and ice.....

  • I would think any dual exhaust would be better than a single-exhaust system.

  • Does anyone know where i can purchase a good used one in California, I'm new to these buggys but I looking for something to take with to Mojave desert or glamis sand dunes?

  • try craigslist

  • classico

  • where can I find a buggy body

  • WOOF, big bear in black with goatee, very hot!

  • @bsaytah fag

  • what's the top speed on this mini monster

  • About 90 mph.

  • Good looking Buggy

  • Hi!

Did you have any engine problems with the dual cannon exhaust?

I have a newly built 1600cc engine with a Scat cam (still running stock carb) and have been told that dual cannons lead to piston ring problems, unless the engine is all stock.

    Thanks, nice video ;)

  • So far, so good. We have a couple hundred hours on it and it's strong!

  • Thank you!

    Keep the Manx goin! ;)

  • thats not adune buggy, its a tub buggy

  • well i picked one up for 8k but it is lic

    its still 6 volt too!!!!

  • Nice! I have a friend her eon our island that has a late 1960's manx. Very cool car.

  • my uncle got 1 and in about 1 year ill be gettin it ,it has a top back seats i was workin the other day and i installed new seats with belts and blinkers lol ...u need them to be street legal and o yea window wipers haha but does matter caz there is no door we would get so wet
