just a little bit of constructive critisism your slap hand is really stiff(by no means am i trying to be a perv)what will help is lowering the action it will lift the strings and you can get your hands under a lot easier and then you wont have to keep your hand as tight its hard to explain but if you lower the action then you'd understand but if you check out Les Claypool,Ryan Martinie,Steve Harris,Geezer Butler,and Billy Sheehan they use low actions it will also helps with triplets good luck!!!
