in my opinion, the idea is OK, creative and all that stuff, but judging by the storyline and the "tone" of this trailer, I think the concept (perversion, full control over others etc) is a total ripoff of the human caterpillar. Dont you agree?

@cripplefighter in fact the film is less about that, as it's not really about torturing or the perversion of others - as torture etc implies forcing someone into that position. If you look closer at the trailer, she has her back to them - there's trust there. She's allowing this to happen to her. It's this question which we intend to discuss on the film - why allow this to happen to you? We feel this is more interesting than mere perversion or torture porn. I hope that makes it clearer for you.
