That is the version of Cyclone from Robot Wars: Extreme Warriors Season 2. He did phenomenal in the Annihilator. He is one of my favorite spinners, period.

It would have to be the version of Razer from Series 5. During Series 4, Razer didn't have the metal in front of, and around, his front wheels. Also, Razer didn't change from Series 5 to Series 6, but it did change after Series 6 (in Extreme 2). In Extreme 2, Razer's front wheels were changed from blue wheels to metal wheels with spikes.
