Sontarans are 100% returning in series 6 as they've been caught in several photos. Also te cybermen in series 7 are the re designed ones with the episode set in Egypt and they cybermen being mummified etc also starring some strange monks in same episode. I also think that the silence are working for omega hence his insignia is appearing everywhere and the silence it's self is a separate monster/ monsters we havnt seen before.
