Simple fact: Militias don't have a strong formal structure - therefore it is easy for any type of subversive element to infiltrate. These elements could be trained to achieve higher position in the militias ranking order and cause serious damage to public. The narrator in this video is a naive, patriotic young man. That's the real reason we have the right to bear arms. As for the militias, I speculate that they were formed as a way for the people to organize militarily if it ever came to the point where the people had to fight against their government.
