@7kaoz If it was really Hulk Hogan, instead of Muscle Power, then ADK would probably get sued, so they decided to make an imitation of him. Same goes for other World Heroes characters, who most of them were based on historical figures.
Even Capcom made characters that resemble both celebrities and fictional characters. Look up "FightingStreet ripoff". Some people who hate them call them ripoffs, while some would call them homages. You decide.
After seeing the Arcade version, this version is just...kinda underwhelming. I know, I know, inferior technology, but this port still rubs me the wrong way. Good thing arcade perfect ports are coming out on disc format, or else, this would continue to be a problem.
what a cheap M. Bison rip off in general and SF rip off whatsoever XD

Differences between SFII and WH1:
* Though they have similar commands, SFII uses 6 buttons, while WH1 uses 2 pressure-sensing buttons and a grab button.
* WH1 has two modes: Normal and Death Match.
* WH1 was the first to have characters that multi-jump (Hanzo & Fuuma), as well as shoot air projectiles (Rasputin).

@ElSuperbeasto713
Brocken = Rudolph von Stroheim
Dhalsim wasn't even the first with extendable limbs in fighting game history. Poseidon from Konami's 1985 Galactic Warriors arcade was the first.

M. Power looks like Hulk Hogan...
And why the hell has the German fighter to look like a Wehrmacht-soldier??

Prof - "I came at a good idea"
Brocken was my favorite, even if he was a Bison wannabee.
I made Bison beat Brocken's ass at the end of my CornflakesVania video, haha.

I remember this in the arcades. It came out at the height of the fighter craze when any mediocre fighting game would make money.
