I've got my hoop since yesterday and I can hoop and move around when the hoop is on my waist,hip a little bit on my chest... lift the hoop up an down but when I do the corkscrew a few times I get really dizzy :D I'ts awesome how quick I learned all these things

@sunshyne800 It's possible that your hoop may be too heavy, or you're moving too slow. Try turning in circles with the hoop in the direction it's going.
