It a shame we have to wait until we are one the eve of our life to be recognized for our services. Mr. Ciesinski, I salute you sir, in hanging in there to get what you so rightfullly deserve. A sad commentary to our country to have waited so long. You are not alone though. There are many thousands this country owes and has turned their back on.
