Microsoft need to fix up and do something about their crappy hardware, the xbox is a great console but the hardware is shameful.

I'd say MS is oing a better job than sony in "taking care of thre customers" when a product brakes when your 360 breaks you et a refurb model and a free month of XBL your PS3 breaks and you owe them $129 even for common problems like firmware bricks and YLODs

but samuel, Im not defending sony nor am I on anyones side im not a fanboy but speaking statistically, it is uncommon for ps3's to have these problems and personally I haven't heard of anyone having problems with their ps3's (that I know in real life) however it is quite blaitent that most if not every 360 owner experiences RROD MINIMUM once and that MS doesn't charge because they know theyre putting out garbage hardware. (even though I like the 360)

That would have been true... A year ago since 3.0 many consoles are bricking due to sony's faulty firmware updates speaking of just people I know this mont alone because of the update our PS editor had to replace his HDD and 3.10 bricked it not only that but slims seem to have a common freezing problem i would go even further but i really don't want to get black listed by sony again.
