teachers in uk are disgusting but the government have told the education system to give good results out to make it look like the education in britain is really good when its failed the kids i know kids who cant add up simple sums who got a level maths kids who got very high grades in english who cant speall or use grammar totally failing the kids in UK

when i was in kindergarten i wanted to experiment wth my math. i discovered on my own the concepts of negative numbers and variables. the teacher reprimanded me for this. she would single me out. rip up my wrk and make me do it over again. slap my hand. isolate me frm the other kids to do my homework over again 'the right way'. so much for education

@Angrywritergrrrl, I too was abused in elementary school. I was a gifted child and was on another planet in comparison to the other kids and the teachers. My fifth grade teacher liked to put her huge hand on my face and squeeze my jaw joint as hard as she could until I almost passed out from the pain and fear. In spite of these experiences, I still can't make most people understand why I hated school so much! I'm sorry about what you went through!
